Documents required for Israel visa for Indians are as follows:


Passport


Passport is a mandatory document that is required at the time of international travel. The submitted passport must meet the parameters as below,

  • It must be valid for 6 months ahead of the duration of stay.

  • It must be an original copy and genuine.

  • It must have a minimum of two blank pages for the visa stamp.

  • It must not be torn, ripped, split, or damaged.


Old Passport


Old Passport is a mandatory document that is required at the time of international travel. The submitted passport must meet the parameters as below,


  • If any of the applicators have an old passport, it must be submitted along with the latest passport.

  • It must be original and in good condition to access the required information.

Photograph


A photograph is provided to the authority to identify the applicator. The photographs must be provided as below,


  • Colour scan copy of photo having matte finish required.

  • It must be a recent and clear photo covering 80% of the frame.

  • The photo must be with neutral expressions on the face.

  • The photograph must be without spectacles.

  • The hair must be tied back so that the face is clearly visible.

  • Both ears must be visible clearly.

  • It must not have any headgear worn apart from religious reasons.

  • It is to be taken care of that your teeth do not show in the photograph.

  • It must have an all-white background.

  • Two copies to be submitted with general photo guidelines.

  • It must be in proper size with dimensions of 35x45 mm (length - 45mm, breadth - 35mm).

Air Ticket


An air ticket is a ticket or pass that is possessed by the traveler who is taking a flight for traveling from one location to another. It is an important document and it should be submitted for the given reason,


  • It must be confirmed for the complete round trip.



Covering Letter From Applicant


Covering Letter consists of travelers’ information, Itinerary, detailed travel Information, trip expense details and your return guarantee to the home country and it is acceptable based on the following conditions,


  • It must mention other details as well as per the Consular's request.

  • It must mention the accommodation details of the applicant.

  • It must mention the person who will be bearing all the expenses during the trip, if not traveling alone.

  • It must specify the traveler’s relationship with fellow travelers if not traveling alone.

  • It must clearly specify the traveler’s purpose of visit.

  • It must mention the travel dates as per the invitation letter or the booked flight tickets.

  • It must mention all the details as per the passport.


Bank Statement


Bank Statement is obtained for the savings bank account to ratify your stay support in the respective country. It is a mandatory document and should be met the following criteria,


  • It must be original and obtained from the active savings bank account.

  • It must have an authentic seal and signature of the bank.

  • It must be printed on an A4-size paper.

  • It must have a healthy balance in the account.

Income Tax Returns


Income Tax Returns is the documentary proof for the taxpayer for tax paid to the government. The proof of income tax returns must match the provided parameters,


  • The Income-tax returns should be mentioned with an ITR-V for the last 3 years.

  • It must be provided with legitimate documentary proof of income tax payment.

Adhaar Card


Adhaar card is one of the most important and mandatory documents. It must be submitted following the guidelines listed below,


  • It must be provided as a traveler’s proof of nationality.

  • It must be a clear copy of the information to be accessed by the officials.

  • It must be intact and in good condition at the time of submission.

Itinerary


The itinerary is a travel document that contains the details of the travel schedule of the traveler.


  • It must mention the day to day schedule and plans and program while staying in the country.

Hotel Voucher


Hotel Voucher is a token provided by the hotel of residence to the customers who are taking accommodation in the hotel.


  • The Hotel Voucher should contain all the Schengen countries that are to be visited.

  • It must be provided to ratify the purpose of the visit and as proof of hotel accommodation as well.
